Employee Benefits

The Children’s Home cares about its employees, and embodies its own mission statement, as it “grows healthy futures for children, adults and families by ministering to the mind, body and spirit”.  We try to help our employees maintain a balance between work and life by providing you with a benefits package that meets your needs and is attractive enough to attract and retain professionals such as yourselves. We offer great benefits, such as medical and dental insurance, life insurance, long term disability, holidays, and vacation time as well as personal leave time. Many of these benefits are employer paid.
