The Children’s Home is seeking a qualified applicant to be responsible for helping us develop, manage and operate a new child care center scheduled to open late Summer/early Fall, serving children ages 0 –5. Individual must have a Bachelors degree, Masters degree preferred, in early childhood education/ child development plus 5 years demonstrated management experience in a rated child care setting. Level 3 North Carolina Early Childhood Administration Credential or its equivalent req..   Experience with environmental rating scales, and star rated licensing requirements is required. Supervisory experience, budgeting, program/curriculum development, administrative and management skills and excellent customer service skills are a must.
